What does a counselling session cost
Counselling sessions are typically 50 minutes long (unless arranged otherwise) and, until March 1, 2026 cost $130/session.
Effective March 1, 2026, the fee for individual counselling will change from $130 to $150 per 50 minute session. Price for couples counselling will change from $130 to $165 per 50 minute session. This adjustment enables me to continue to offer you: the time, energy, and capacity you deserve by maintaining a balanced caseload; informed, effective and up-to-date support through ongoing professional development; and the capacity to make the most out of each appointment by providing valuable space for appointment preparation and planning.
Do you offer online counselling, or do I have to come in person?
We offer counselling virtually, in-person, or over the phone. Counselling can empower change in each setting. Please contact us and together we’ll figure out which is best for you.
Do you work with individuals or only families and couples?
Yes I do! I’ve helped or supported individuals through a variety of mental health growth goals or in navigating difficult seasons. A few of the problems I’ve helped people navigate in the past include:

Is counselling in your clinic covered by insurance?
As a Certified Canadian Counsellor (C.C.C.), me services are covered by many insurance providers. This often falls under a specific “counselling” category with your benefits. Some companies specifically mention coverage for Canadian Certified Counsellors among their approved designations. Call or email and we can work together to figure out whether my services will be covered with your plan.
Do you offer direct billing?
We offer direct billing with many providers. Please reach out to see if it’s an option with your insurance provider.
